In order for the Pasarón Football Stadium to continue being used, the complete remodeling was developed in phases.
The renovation was carried out in phases to allow the continued use of the stadium
The demolition and rebuilding of grandstands, roofing and facilities was carried out in sequence.
The Stadium’s two perimeter grandstands overlap. The lower stand turns into a building foundation opening itself out to the city, the top stand placed above it. The perimeter gallery centralizes all the facilities, open to the pitch and street, enabling a continuous use of the facility.
