They building has the CADEM “A” certificate for energy efficiency

The building is located in Zabalgana, a new area to the West of Vitoria. Two blocks comprising 88 affordable units have been developed in plot number 112. The cold climate of Vitoria has played a key role in the design of the building and the layout of the units.
Given the residential character of the area, with large green areas and promenades around the plot, it has been decided to face all the dwellings towards the south, where the private garden is.
The choice of active construction systems was based on the conclusions of the thermal study carried out during the design phase. Subsequently, the good energy performance of the building has been verified, which has made possible to obtain the CADEM “A” energy efficiency certificate.
