EPCM – Amino acid production plant for animal feed

ADISSEO, of French origin and belonging to the Chinese group BLUESTAR, is one of the leading companies in the world in the field of animal nutrition. They have developed and patented a totally innovative process for the production of a solid-state derivative of liquid methionine and have decided that the first production facility be located in their plant in Burgos, Spain, for which they have contracted the EPCM services of IDOM.
The facility will occupy approximately 10,000 m² adjoining the previously existing plant and will produce 9,000 t/year of new ADry + product.
The previous engineering work carried out by IDOM has allowed us to design a fully operational production unit based on a pilot proposal.
